INTERNATIONAL VERSION
Duration and Scope
This Limited Warranty is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of original purchase and applies exclusively to the original purchaser using the product in a professional capacity, such as in the hospitality, foodservice, or beverage preparation industries. An optional Extended Warranty (total coverage of 5 years) is available only if purchased at the time of ordering the product. The Extended Warranty cannot be added retroactively after the order or delivery. The proof of purchase must show the Extended Warranty line item.
Covered Components
Covered for 5 years
The durations in this section apply only if the Extended Warranty is purchased at the time of order. Without the Extended Warranty, the items listed below are covered for 1 (one) year.
- Main body, base, and funnel made of high-performance thermoplastic material
- Cylinders and grid made of stainless steel
Covered for 1 year
- Silicone gaskets
- Dispensing tap with locking ring
The Extended Warranty does not extend coverage for the items listed in this section; they remain covered for 1 (one) year.
Exclusions
- Improper, negligent, or non-compliant use
- Impacts, falls, or incorrect storage
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
- Use of non-compliant liquids or inadequate cleaning/maintenance
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or imperfections not affecting operation
- Damage or injury caused by third parties or unauthorized persons
Assistance Procedure
For assistance: keep proof of purchase and contact info@brino.coffee (include a description of the defect, photos of the affected parts, and the serial number).
Shipping to MasMas Srl is at the customer’s expense; return shipping of the repaired/replaced unit is covered by MasMas Srl.
Processing will occur within a reasonable time, generally within 30 working days from receipt of all necessary documentation.
MasMas Srl reserves the right to inspect the defect and determine warranty eligibility at its discretion. Possible remedies include repair, replacement, or equivalent solutions, depending on availability and feasibility.
The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
EU VERSION
