Brino was born from the intuition of Marco Masella, who in 2015 began designing a system capable of revolutionizing milk management in coffee bars.
His idea was simple yet ambitious: to cool milk quickly, without electricity, while preserving its organoleptic properties — ensuring superior-quality cappuccinos every time.
After years of research and prototyping, Nicola Pavesi joined the project, bringing his expertise in design and manufacturing.
The combined work of Marco and Nicola turned an intuition into a tangible reality: a solid, hygienic, and easy-to-use device, designed to last over time and truly simplify baristas’ everyday work.
